The site culturaportuguesa.eu is owned by the company with the social designation of Concilius - Comércio e Serviços. The legal seat and its social activity are located at Rua Mouzinho da Silveira 312 4050-417 Porto. 

This document regulates the online order processing performed by a customer which requires the following procedures to be taken in the general conditions of sale.

The clauses that make up these general conditions bind both parties and form an integral and inseparable part of the contract of sale.

The data collected are mandatory and confidential, are intended for the invoicing of products purchased and the shipment of the order.

Despite the aforementioned security procedures, there are risks of using the Internet, on which Cultura Portuguesa has no control.

Products and prices

The availability of the product and its characteristics must be confirmed at the time of ordering, the information transmitted is subject to possible errors due to technical or human failure;

Cultura reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to modify or replace the available products, their characteristics and the specified prices and conditions

Contact back to the customer giving knowledge of the existence of the product and confirmation of the order (via electronic mail);

In the event of a stock breach of any goods ordered, Cultura Portuguesa verifies the possibility of replacing the missing article, and within the scope of item 1.3. contact the customer giving account of this break, how long the delivery of the same and if the price of the article changes. The order will only continue after consent given by the customer.

Any delay in the dispatch of articles (the customer is informed of the delivery deadline under point 1.3), does not grant the right to compensation.

Payment and shipping costs

Accepted modes of payment are PayPal and credit or debit card.

The Cultura Portuguesa uses an SSL Certificate to guarantee the security of your data.

The placing of orders on the Cultura Portuguesa website does not imply payment of shipping costs if you choose to pick up the product in the store.

We ship to Continental Portugal, to the Islands, as well as several international destinations.

Orders for home delivery are subject to postage.

For non-EU destinations in case of any custom duties or taxes the customer bears the costs. In case there is delay or issues at the destination border is up to the customer to resolve this.

    Cancellations and exchange 

The Customer may cancel his order at any time until the shipment of the same, with the right to the refund of all the amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, he may exercise his right of free resolution under the terms legally provided and indicated below.

In case of product unavailability and / or stock break, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to reimbursement of the amount paid.

Despite the efforts of Cultura Portuguesa, some products may be listed incorrectly, so we check the prices whenever we process the orders. If the price of the product is lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, Cultura Portuguesa will present a new contractual proposal with the price duly rectified, waiting for the confirmation or cancellation of the order.

Returns and Non-Compliance

In the case of returns due to withdrawal of purchase, or because the product does not comply, you should contact Cultura Portuguesa, who will provide you with all the information about the exchange / return process. In no case send the articles without previous contact because they will not be received.

Returns and refunds of the value will only be accepted if the product is undamaged, has no use or use, or is in perfect condition.

So we ask that before opening or using the product decide if you are really interested in it.

The return and exchange of articles must comply with the following conditions:

- Refund of articles in good condition, with full original packaging.

- Payment of the cost of transport in case of return.

 

After contact with the Cultura Portuguesa will be given the indications of return, you can send us the article properly packed, with original packaging to the following address: Rua Mouzinho da Silveira 312 4050-417 Porto. It is possible to return or exchange it in our store. All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that respect the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return. If you decide to return the amount we inform you that the refund is made by the same means of payment or in a voucher, according to the will expressed by the Client. Cultura Portuguesa reserves the right not to accept articles that do not fulfill these conditions.

Consumer Rights

The client has, under the terms of the law, the right of contractual resolution, having a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days, from the date of receipt of the order to communicate such desire to Cultura Portuguesa unambiguously through email or letter. The customer must ensure that the packaging of the product is complete (box, esferovites, foam, instruction manual, warranty certificate, product, accessories) and in excellent condition. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. The reimbursement shall be made by Cultura Portuguesa within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the date on which the resolution of the contract is informed.

Cultura Portuguesa reserves the right not to accept the return of the product if it is not in the same conditions in which it was sent.

All purchases made on the site are subject to Portuguese legislation, more precisely to that contained in Decree-Law no. 24/2014. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Conditions of Contract and Use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court of the county of the company headquarters, in compliance with Law 144/2015 that in case of dispute the consumer may resort to the Consumer Information Center and Arbitration of Porto, with site at http://www.cicap.pt and head office at Rua Damião de Góis, nº31, store 6. 4050-255 Porto.
