How can I pay?
You can securely pay with Visa, Mastercard or Paypal;
Visa & Mastercard: Visa & Mastercard payment requires that you enter the details of a valid credit card. If the information is not valid, an error message will appear, making it impossible to complete the purchase. If valid, the total value of your order is automatically charged.
Paypal: use your Paypal account or create a new one to use whenever you make your purchases at our shop. Keep your personal information and payment information so that you do not have to repeat these steps every time you make a purchase.

Do I have to pay extra charges on my order?
No. All prices listed on every page of our online store are presented with the included VAT rate valid at the time of order. In case your order has as destination a non European Union country any customs duties ot taxes is on your responsibility. 

Is there any risk in paying by credit card?
No, we place great importance on online security and privacy.
Our security system automatically encrypts your personal data when you enter them.
Similarly we do not have access to your credit card data since this data is sent directly to the concerned bank for payment to be made.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes. We ship worldwide.

Are international orders secure?
We operate in conjunction with GLS, one of the world's leading couriers.
Although your purchase may take a few days to reach you, there is no risk of buying with us.
You will receive your order as soon as possible.

What delivery methods are available?
You can choose between two options:
1.An address of your choice;
2.Have the product delivered to our store ( Rua Mouzinho da Silveira 312 a 318 4050-417 Porto) and collected there.

Can I return my purchase?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with any product, you can send it back within 14 days. Please contact us before you do so.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered and in the original packaging

Do I have to pay to return the product?
The buyer must bear the cost of returning the product.

When will I be refunded?
When we receive the products returned, we will refund your purchase. When the payment has been made by credit card, the amount will be deposited into your credit card account.
The same applies to purchases made with debit cards. The refund is usually processed between three and five days after the products have been received by us. However, in some cases, it may take 1 to 2 weeks for the refund to be made.
