Who delivers my order?

We operate with GLS for deliveries in Europe and with Fedex for USA and Canada.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

Orders within Portugal are usually delivered in less than 24 hours. In Europe, standard delivery times are between 24 and 96 hours. USA and Canada delivery times are between 5 and 10 days.
Our delivery partners deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours.

How do I find out where my purchase is?

With the order locating function online, you can track your order at any time.

What happens if you are not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice.

Many times I'm not at home. How will I receive my order?

When ordering online many times you can write an alternate delivery address. If this is not possible, a neighbor can accept your order
